Associate (Shanghai)

The role and job responsibilities:

  • Work within the Forensic Accounting Department focusing on internal control matters, corporate investigation and related consulting services
  • Assist in a variety of forensic accounting projects and tasks including litigation support, corporate and internal control investigations, matrimonial disputes, and business valuations
  • To perform day to day duties (i.e. documentation, examination, review and data analysis) on forensic accounting and other engagement
  • Demonstrate technical ability to implement and deliver solution on internal control review and corporate investigation
  • Work closely with other senior team members on assignments in Hong Kong and mainland China for a wide range of clients in all major industries
  • Active in working with managers to develop opportunities for consulting projects (e.g., researching, proposal and presentation preparations)
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with client on all engagements
  • To support Head of Shanghai in marketing work
  • To assist admin work in SH office
  • Other tasks appropriate


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business related discipline, Accounting or Audit background is preferred
  • Good communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly and excellent writing skills
  • High standards for work quality and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills and team spirit
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is MUST
  • PPT, Excel skills, CPA or CIA certificates are plus
